In his The Basketball Tournament debut he had 0 points in 14 minutes going 0-2 from the field and 0-1 from three with two rebounds. The Nerd Team was victorious however as they defeated Brown & White 79-71.

The South Carolina native had a better showing in his second appearance for The Nerd Team, finishing with 13 points,7 boards and 2 assists while shooting a perfect 4-4 from three while leading the charge of a 81-74 win against the defending champions Boeheim's Army.
