The Alabama football team has been in New Orleans since Saturday as they prepare for the Sugar Bowl, which has led to some rare free time for players.

So what's been going on between practice and film sessions? Freshman linebacker Rashaan Evans didn't have any reservations answering that question during an interview with ESPN on Tuesday.

“I’d probably say Bourbon Street,” Evans said. “We’ve been livin’ it up.”

That led to the other Bama players sitting around Evans to start laughing in disbelief, but it probably drew the best reaction from reporter Kaylee Hartung. She immediately gave him a chance to clarify his answer to keep from giving coaches the wrong impression, but Evans stuck with his answer.

Can you blame the players from having a little fun days before the Sugar Bowl?
