STAY HYDRATED

Fans are allowed to bring an empty, non-glass water bottle to fill up at the Water Monsters located around the stadium. These Water Monsters are 150-gallon tanks of cold filtered water. Small cups will also be provided next to the canister.

Water Monster Locations: Lower Level (1st Floor): Sections G, LL, AA & Gates 7, 30, 38 & 59. Lower Level (2nd Floor): Sections D, K, BB, MM, S-8. Upper Level (8th Floor): Sections NN-1, NN-14, SS-1, SS-14.

VISIT THE COOLING STATIONS

The Cooling Stations feature: water monsters, fans, shaded seating, sunscreen, and the first aid staff. It would be smart to set out certain times to visit these stations during the game to allow breaks from the heat. If you don't want to miss too much of the action, the best times to go would be during the quarter breaks and after Alabama touchdowns.

Cooling Station Locations: Lower Level: (1st Floor): Sections G, AA & LL. Lower Level: (2nd Floor): Sections D, K, BB & MM.

VISIT THE BREEZE STATIONS

The Breeze Stations feature fans and shaded seating. If the Cooling Stations are full and you have enough water, the Breeze Stations is great place to utilize.

Breeze Station Locations: Lower Level (1st Floor): Sections G, K, AA & LL. Lower Level (2nd Floor): Sections D, K N-1, BB, EE, JJ & MM.

WEAR SUNSCREEN AND A HAT

A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are great ways to protect your skin from the blazing Alabama sun.

BRING A COOLING TOWEL

Cooling towels are designed to help regulate body temperature to a comfortable level. You should be able to purchase one at shop.rolltide.com and/or universitysupplystore.com
