The Alabama men's basketball team traveled to Huntsville for the first of two neutral site games this week and held on to defeat Mercer by a single point.

The Crimson Tide shot just 1 for 16 from three-point range in the first half and trailed for a good portion of the game before taking control late. The biggest news from Tuesday night was the return of sophomore Braxton Key. The preseason All-SEC second-teamer missed the first 10 games with an injury but debuted in the starting lineup against the Bears.
