Four-star class of 2024 wide receiver Aeryn Hampton is down to his final two schools.

The junior will decided between Texas and Alabama.

The 5-foot-10, 175 lb offensive weapon ranks No. 117 nationally, No. 9 in athletes, and No. 21 in the state of Texas, according to 247Sports Composite.

Hampton attends Carthage High School in Carthage, Texas. Last season, he played on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball.

In 2022, he recorded one rush for 27 yards and a touchdown, 55 receptions for 1,161 yards and 13 touchdowns, as well as 74 tackles, nine interceptions, five tackles for loss, five interception touchdowns, three fumble recoveries, two forced fumbles, and two kickoff touchdown returns.

Hampton helped the Bulldogs to a University Interscholastic League State 4A Division 2 title. 

According to the On3Sports Recruiting Prediction Machine, Alabama is the favorite to land the prospect with a 59.3% chance.
