There has been speculation over the past month about the future of Florida State quarterback Jacob Coker. As rumors continue to circulate about his transfer, former Alabama wide receiver Kevin Norwood might have let the cat out of the bag on Friday night.

During a conversation with The Game, Norwood was asked about the future of the wide passing game with his and quarterback AJ McCarron's departure.

"Then you have the guy coming in from Florida State, the 6'5" guy," Coker told host Ryan Fowler. "I don't know too much about him, but I've heard some good things about him."

Coker is officially listed as 6'5" by Florida State so he fits that description.

The Mobile native was a backup on the national champion Seminoles behind Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston. After redshirting in 2012, Coker entered this past season as one of the favorites to win the starting job but eventually lost that battle to Winston.
