Making an appearance on the list are two Tide hoopers, senior guard Jahvon Quinerly being named to the first team and freshman forward Brandon Miller being named second team.

Quinerly has been one of the key pieces to Alabama's success the past two years. During the Tide's 2020 Sweet Sixteen run, he averaged 15.3 points per game.. In the Tide's Round of 64 matchup against Notre Dame, Quinerly tore his ACL with 16:31 left in the 1st half. According to  Zach Breathwaite, Quinerly should be back in time for SEC play. If he returns back to his top play, the Tide will be in the prime position to get right back to the Sweet Sixteen.

Miller has been one of the most hyped up Freshman in the nation coming into this season. He is able to provide almost everything you would want in a player, elite shot creation, consistent shooting, and relentless defense. Miller is set to be a game changer as he and the rest of the newcomers will look to propel the Tide right back into the Final Four conversation.

Both Miller and Quinerly are coming into the season as the possible X-Factors to help bring another SEC title to Tuscaloosa and possibly the programs first ever national title.
