Charlie Potter of BamaOnline joined Host of "Southern Fried Sports" Travis Reier to talk Alabama Basketball and the negotiation of Avery Johnson's buyout and provide a spring football practice update.

"You have to look at this also as a business," Potter told Reier. "It was kind of plain to see that it was going to be tough for Avery to come back another year. Now we see from multiple sources, all indications coming out of Tuscaloosa, that he and Alabama are negotiating a buyout."

"It's been Ale Kaho watch around here," Potter told Reier. "He was going through drills, and back in there as normal at the back of the inside linebacker lineup. That's big news for a position that's been and looking to replace a starter in Mack Wilson opposite of Dylan Moses."
