The Las Vegas Raiders chose Ruggs III with the 12th pick, making him the first pick of the franchise since moving to a new city. Ruggs III, known for his speed, is already making an impact on his new city in the first five days of being a professional. He has released a tee shirt and hoodie design to combat hunger in Las Vegas and also contribute to the Rod Scott Foundation.
