Kaine Williams

Alabama sees its second transfer to the Big 10 this week.

Williams did participate in spring practice with the Crimson Tide and in the annual A-Day game. He recorded one tackle and one pass break-up in the scrimmage. Williams is the 17th Crimson Tide player to enter the transfer portal since the start of the 2021 season.

Kaine Williams becomes the fifth commitment for the Crimson Tide in the 2021 recruiting cycle. Williams is a four-star prospect out of John Ehret High School in Marrero, Louisiana. The 247Sports composite ranks him as the fifth best safety in the 2021 class and the sixth overall recruit in the state of Louisiana. The 247 composite gives him a .9376 and the 141st overall prospect in the 2021 class.
