VIDEO: Damien Harris on Explosive Start Offensively, Remaining Focused Each Week

There's not much to critique about with the Alabama offense when you look at what's it has accomplished through the first three games of the season. Fans had high expectations for this group of skill players and quarterbacks and they might even be exceeding them early on.

Alabama leads the nation in scoring offense at 56.7 points per game behind a complete team effort in all three wins.

"When we play to the level that we're capable of, as everyone can see, we have a very explosive offense," running back Damien Harris said on Monday. "I think that there are still a lot of areas that we can improve on but for the most part we are clicking on all cylinders right now."

Alabama isn't even ranked in the top 25 for rushing offense or passing offense, which speaks to how balanced and efficient this unit has been in September.

"I think it's good for us to have the balance that we have on offense. Not necessarily that we run the ball 50 percent of the time and pass the ball 50 percent of the time but having the ability to execute both at any given time in the game. I think having that balance has helped be successful on offense."

Nick Saban has already cautioned that this team cannot let external factors influence its preparation each week, and the senior running back echoed those same sentiments.

"We know that every week a team is going to give us their best shot. The quickest way to get disappointed is to sit around and think that we're better than what we are and we can just show up and win a game because we have an 'A' on our chest. We know that day in and day out we have to be ready to face any challenge that'll be thrown at us."
