Few people on the Alabama roster are as thoughtful and insightful as offensive tackle Jonah Williams. The junior provides a lot of great information when you hear him speak to the media and there's always plenty to take away.

This week he spent time talking about the offensive success of the first three weeks and the huge point totals this team has posted.

"I think racking up points like that is kind of demoralizing to the defense and to the other team as well," Williams said. "Just kind of looking up at the scoreboard and saying we have a big hill to climb. Obviously as an o-lineman you live for those long drives but I think that we really enjoy the short drives as well."

This week's opponent, Texas A&M, ranks 10th in the conference in total defense and only 15 teams in college football have allowed more plays of 20+ yards than the Aggies. Despite those statistics, Williams says this matchup will challenge the offense.

"They're really solid within their scheme. They also have a lot of veteran guys, a lot of experience. I know they have a ton of returning starters on defense.

"So I think they poise a big challenge for us and we like to take on challenges. It's what we like to do as an o-line. So that's definitely our focus moving forward is how we can execute against a really solid defense."

We'll find out just how difficult it is for Alabama on Saturday afternoon. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. on CBS and pregame coverage begins on Tide 102.9 at 9:30 a.m. live from Rounders on the Strip.
