There aren't many football players in the country that have enjoyed a better week than JUCO kicker Eddy Piniero.

The 2016 recruit and #1 ranked kicker according to KornblueKicking.com has been wowing college coaches across the Southeast during the camp circuit. He earned offers from Florida, Miami, and Alabama all in the same week, and he quickly decided where he wanted to attend college.

A native of North Miami Beach, Piniero currently plays for ASA College. When he finishes up at the junior college level, he'll still have three years of eligibility at Alabama.

“I’m in JUCO now but I will have three years of Division I football left to play,” Pineiro told GatorCountry.com. “I’ll be enrolling next summer at whichever school I choose to attend and I’ll have three years left to play at that school.”

KornblueKicking.com, which releases an annual Fab 50 for kickers and punters, said this about Piniero: "He might be the most explosive placekicker ever to have come through our camps. In the Spring 2015 Kornblue Kicking Challenge, Eddy blasted an event-record 86 yard kickoff."

When Piniero gets to campus next summer, he'll be competing with two upper-classmen: Adam Griffith (senior) and Gunner Raborn (junior). The 2016 season could potentially one of the best ever for special teams with the winner of the placekicking battle paired with punter JK Scott.
