Alabama Tight End Accepts Senior Bowl Invite
Alabama's tight end will get one more chance to showcase his talents in front of NFL coaches, general managers, and scouts, with CJ Dippre announcing he has accepted an invite to the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama.
Dippre, a 6-foot-5, 262-pound tight end from Scranton, Pennsylvania, transferred to Alabama from Maryland prior to the 2023 college football season. In two seasons with the Crimson Tide, Dippre totaled 30 catches for 425 yards. His best game came in Alabama's 40-35 loss to Vanderbilt, where he tallied two catches for 66 yards.
Over the course of a four-year college career at Maryland and Alabama, he caught 63 passes for 764 yards and three touchdowns.
Dippre becomes the third Alabama player to accept a Senior Bowl invite, joining Alabama punter James Burnip and veteran safety Malachi Moore as Crimson Tide stars who will be spending the first week of February in Mobile.
