Since the beginning of the week, the Alabama football program has received commitments from two of the biggest recruiting targets in the Yellowhammer State.

Theodore High School linebacker Demouy Kennedy announced his verbal commitment on Monday to Alabama while Jackson-Olin High School linebacker Quandarrius Robinson announced his decision to commit to the Crimson Tide Wednesday.

During Wednesday's edition of The Gary Harris Show, BamaInsider.com recruiting guru Andrew Bone broke down the commitments for both Robinson and Kennedy.

Bone credited two of Nick Saban's assistants for laying the ground work in getting Robinson's commitment to the Tide.

"Sal Sunseri and Karl Scott, both of those guys really did a great job recruiting him for the last several months. They were able to flip him away from his commitment from Auburn and then end up getting his commitment a little bit down the road." Bone said.

For Kennedy, he follows in the lines of fellow Theodore High School alum and current New York Jets star CJ Mosley at linebacker. According to Bone, Kennedy's visit during camp this past weekend convinced the Alabama coaches to take a shot on him.

"He went into this past weekend really not knowing if he even had a spot at Alabama. Alabama wanted to bring him up to campus, work him out, see how he did and just blew the coaches away." Bone said.

In the video, find out what makes Sal Sunseri such an important part of Alabama's recruiting along with updates on other targets in the 2020 class and if the Crimson Tide will catch up with Clemson for the top spot in the national recruiting rankings.
