Bobby Humphrey Looks Ahead to the 2016 College Football Season [Audio]

One of Alabama football’s living legends stepped Inside the Locker Room to preview Alabama’s 2016 season.

Former Alabama running back Bobby Humphrey offered his thoughts on Alabama’s chances at winning the national title and reflected on a prolific career in the crimson and white during the mid-1980s.

At the time of his departure in 1988, Humphrey held school records for career rushing yards (3,420), rushing yards in a season (1,471 in 1986) and rushing yards in a single game (284 at Mississippi State in 1986).

One of Bobby Humphrey’s sons, Marlon Humphrey, is gearing up for his sophomore season as a defensive back.

During his conversation with Wimp and Barry Sanderson, Bobby Humphrey provided insight on the transition that Marlon Humphrey is experiencing with a new defensive back coach and the potential leaders on the team.

The former Alabama running back also gave his assessment on the changes in college football since his collegiate playing days.
