Bracket with 32 Best Alabama Football Players will be Unveiled Sunday

For the past two weeks, Tide 99.1 listeners have been debating the best Alabama football players of all-time. After all of the position-by-position discussion wrapped up on The Game, we finally were able to narrow the list down to 32 players.

On Sunday night, we will unveil the bracket we generated with that last of greats and begin a week of voting that will determine the fan's pick for the #1 Alabama football player of all-time. Each day, the bracket will progress one round until we ultimately have our winner on Friday night.

The conversation and debate will continue each night during The Game, hosted by Ryan Fowler, and you're going to want to tune in because the matchups will be legendary. We're talking about the 32 best players from a school that's produced 115 All Americans and sent 23 athletes into the College Football Hall of Fame. By the end of the week, we'll be splitting hairs when talking about the finals.

The brackets will close each weeknight at 7PM. At that point, we'll tally the votes and move on to the next round. Here's how the schedule looks:

Monday Night (7/6) - Round of 32 concludes

Tuesday Night (7/7) - Round of 16 concludes

Wednesday Night (7/8) - Round of 8 concludes

Thursday Night (7/9) - Semifinals conclude

Friday Night (7/10) - Finals conclude and winner is crowned

Based on how the past two weeks went, this should be a tremendous week of discussion. When it all wraps up, we'll be ready to kickoff SEC Media Days and usher in a new football season.
