Although no official has come out of the University of Alabama, it appears that Nick Saban has his mind set on who he wants to fill the five vacancies on the coaching staff.

During Tuesday's Capstone Report with DC portion of The Blitz, former Alabama fullback Martin Houston and DC from Golden Shores Productions weighed in on the direction of Saban's search for assistant coaches.

For the second straight season, the Tide will have approximately half of the coaching staff turnover. According to DC, he sees Saban correcting some of the decisions made last year in emphasizing younger recruiting oriented assistants.

"What we're seeing now this year is a correction of that trajectory in his coaching. I think he's coming back now to a little more older, stable, still good recruiters but people that works within his process and his system." DC said.

The Golden Shores Productions analyst looked at each of the potential new assistants, how they can blend in with the assistants returning from the 2018 season and the possibility that more moves on the staff could be on the horizon.
