City of Tuscaloosa officials are monitoring the potential for severe weather later today and are offering shelter locations in the event a tornado warning is issued.

Should this be the case at anytime today, the following shelter locations will be open to the public:

  • Tuscaloosa Career & Technology Academy, 2800 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
  • Tuscaloosa Magnet School, 315 McFarland Blvd. East
