The coaching version of musical chairs continues in Tuscaloosa with news of Tosh Lupoi departing his role as defensive coordinator at Alabama to be the defensive line coach for the Cleveland Browns.

Lupoi joins offensive coordinator Mike Locksley, quarterbacks coach Dan Enos, wide receivers coach Josh Gattis and offensive line coach Brent Key in leaving Alabama since the national championship loss to Clemson.

During his Tuesday visit Inside the Locker Room, former LSU and Southern Miss head coach Curley Hallman discussed his thoughts on the coaching changes on Nick Saban's staff.

The former head coach at LSU examined numerous angles in the dynamics surrounding Alabama football's assistant coaches including why Dan Enos left for Miami despite having a chance to return to Alabama possibly as offensive coordinator, what incoming assistant coaches find out when they take on their roles in Tuscaloosa, the hands-on role of Saban and how much of a factor money plays in the coaching profession.
