Wednesday evening on "The Game," Alabama verbal commit and blue chip linebacker Christian Miller joined us to give a rundown of his recruiting process and why he chose to commit to the Crimson Tide.

"Getting noticed by these bigger colleges and institutions... it's really humbling."

Not only is Miller a humble young man with a good head on his shoulders, he's also a dominant force on the field. During just his senior season, he amassed an incredible 188 total tackles, 25 tackles for loss (24 of those being sacks), four forced fumbles, and had one of those fumble recoveries for a touchdown.

Miller obviously has been recruited by a vast majority of top tier college programs, but his original commitment was to the University of Florida. However, after numerous visits and thinking about his future, Miller decommited from the Gators and decided to hop on board with the Tide on July 25, 2013.

Some believe that Miller has been considering the University of Georgia, but when Ryan Fowler ask him about taking his official visit to Athens, GA, his answer was about as definitive as it could be for an 18 year old young man:

"Probably 80% chance I'm not taking the visit. It's nothing really to worry about (for Alabama fans), it was more of a back-up plan."
