Billingsley transferred to Texas last offseason and saw time in four games this past season after having to serve a six-game suspension for an issue from his time at Alabama. He recorded three receptions for 38 yards in those four games.

The senior is the first player with ties to the Crimson Tide to make the decision this year to declare for the 2023 NFL Draft.
