The left lane of Interstate 59 near the 27-mile marker in Tuscaloosa County is blocked and will be closed for an undetermined amount of time. Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division are on scene investigating after a wreck involving a single vehicle earlier this afternoon.
No word on injuries at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates.
