Winter Weather: Update On Mercedes Benz Schedule And Roads

According to Mercedes-Benz the production schedule for DAY SHIFT on Tuesday, January 16, has been cancelled for all workers.

This is according to MBUSI on social media.

Of course, the decision is due to road conditions.

Speaking of road conditions, a few updates:

Sexton Bend Rd. in North River is almost completely frozen.

We have reports of frozen fog blowing across the spillway.

Holt Bridge is also frozen, as well as several other bridges in the area.

Hargrove Rd. is almost completely covered in snow and ice.

As if that is not enough, now we have heavy snow falling across the Tuscaloosa area.
