Jeff Speegle Recaps the Citrus and Outback Bowl Games

Thursday morning following Alabama's 35-16 Citrus Bowl victory over Michigan, and Auburn's 31-24 Outback Bowl loss to Minnesota, ABC-3340's Jeff Speegle joined Host Gary Harris to recap the games and discuss which draft-eligible juniors may stay for their senior season.

"I thought they were just on point," Speegle told Harris about his impressions of the Crimson Tide's performance in their Citrus Bowl victory. "I mean there were some defensive issues in the first half, but I think as a whole the offense from start to finish I think was pretty solid."

"You got to be able to run the football," Speegle told Harris about the Auburn Tigers loss. "If Auburn can't run the ball up the middle, they're just going to struggle."
