Les Miles, the outspoken and eccentric head coach of the LSU Tigers, knows he's got his work cut out for him this season.  Last year's campaign did not live up to the expectations of the LSU fanbase, and with media predictions focusing on Alabama and Auburn, LSU is in danger of becoming irrelevant in a division they once dominated.

The Tigers have a talented and deep team, led by sophomore running back Leonard Fournette, who lived up to his recruitment hype in his freshman season.  However, LSU still faces an uphill battle with quarterback issues, though Miles said that Brandon Harris has taken the most snaps since spring.  Furthermore, the Tigers lost talented defensive coordinator John Chavis to Texas A&M in what was a ver messy divorce that involves a lawsuit against the coach.

With all that said and done, LSU still stands as a formiddable opponent to any SEC team.  Can the Tigers' overall talent overcome their quarterback issues?
