National League manager Bruce Bochy announced on Monday that Mets' pitcher Matt Harvey will be the starting pitcher in the All-Star Game on Tuesday night.

Harvey has been lights out for New York although his 7-2 record as a starter isn't indicative of that. The hard-throwing righty leads the NL in strikeouts and sports a 2.35 ERA. Despite his success, New Yorkers and self-proclaimed Mets fans still don't recognize Harvey away from the diamond.

Late Night's Jimmy Fallon sent Harvey out to interview people around the city and the bit is hilarious. Watch for yourself.
