Northside on the other hand continues their season as they go into next week preparing to play against a nine and one Williamson in the first round of the AHSAA playoffs.

Northside will be on the road for the first week of the playoffs due to a crushing loss to Demopolis in week 9 of the regular season. The Rams fall at the number three spot in 5A Region 3.

An impressive season for this Rams team as they end their first season in 5A football with an 8-2 regular season record and a 4-2 Region record. Head Coach Robby Jones along with assistant coaches Tommy Honeycutt, Lance Green, Derrick Miles, and other notable Northside coaches have continued to progress this young team throughout the seasons and off-seasons despite worries of the Rams downfall at the beginning of Jones being appointed the Head Coaching position two years ago.
