We often hear about musicians wanting to be athletes and vice-versa so there's not much surprise when a singer talks about their love of sports.

Paul Janeway, the lead singer of St Paul and The Broken Bones, did just that in a conversation with Travis Reier this week. He and the band grew to stardom out of Birmingham so you can expect there would be some allegiance to the Crimson Tide.

From Alabama football to softball, Janeway is a fan of the Tide. But how does he watch the games? And will he actually tell us anything about his upcoming projects with his band?

To find out, listen to the full interview at the top of the page, and remember to listen to Southern Fried Sports, weekdays from 11 AM to 12 PM!
