Rece Davis Joined Inside The Locker Room

ESPN's host of College Game Day joined Inside the Locker Room this past Thursday and went over a myriad of topics involving college athletics. The full interview can be found on the TIDE 100.9 Youtube channel and Soundcloud page.

Davis, a graduate of the University of Alabama discussed the NCAA's decision to grant an extra year of eligibility to spring sport athletes and how that personally affects his family with his son's baseball career. He talked about the transfer portal and his thoughts on if players should be immediately eligible to play at their new universities.

Davis told a great story about Jay Bilas and Urban Meyer and discussed being a part of the College Game Day crew for both football and basketball. He even discussed Kirk Herbstreit's recent comments about if there will be a college football season or not.
