Stillman College Athletics Excels in Academics
Stillman College Athletics celebrated a stellar academic year in 2023-2024, achieving a departmental GPA of 3.18.
Athletic Director Terrance Whittle announced that 61% of student-athletes earned at least a 3.0 GPA, with 92 students making the honor roll and 25 achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA. At the end of the spring semester, 29 student-athletes graduated, representing 30% of the graduating class, including several with honors.
Nine athletic programs produced graduates this year.
"Our student-athletes' academic achievements reflect our commitment to excellence in education," Whittle stated. "We aim to prepare them for success beyond Stillman College. Thanks to all stakeholders for supporting our student-athletes."
Nine teams exceeded the departmental goal of a 3.0 GPA, and eight teams improved their GPAs from the previous spring.

Softball: 3.61
Women's Volleyball: 3.60
Men's Bowling: 3.46
