Not long after a 40-yard carry on the first offensive play of the game for Christian Richey, Kimbrough slices past the Wildcats' defense breaking a few tackles for a diving touchdown. The Wildcats were able to score during the first quarter making the score 7-14 after a passing touchdown to number 11, Braylon Williams.

The Wildcats were able to score two more times throughout the night but the defense could not stop Hillcrest as they went on to put up 42 on Tuscaloosa County. Many mistakes were made tonight with penalties against Tuscaloosa County which gave Hillcrest many opportunities to score. The Wildcats may not have a Playoff run in their future for this season but there is hope to end the season on a strong note.

The Wildcats still have four games left in the season with Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Hewitt-Trussville, and Paul W. Bryant. Many may ask what is next for Coach Holcomb and the Wildcats as the end of the season nears. As a first-year coach with the Wildcats, it will take time to get adjusted to how things happen at Tuscaloosa County High School. We hope to see the Wildcats get a win under their belt before the end of the season.
