West Alabama High School Preview: Week 4

High school football is in full swing now, so be sure not to miss out on any of the action as West Alabama teams get set to enter the meat of their schedules.

Tuscaloosa County High will take on Spain Park in the Game of the Week on Friday night. County High had a great come-from-behind victory over Hewitt-Trussville last week, winning 28-21, and Spain Park has one of the most talented defensive backs in the nation in Michael Jackson, so expect a thriller of a game (pun intended).

Central-Tuscaloosa will host Calera in a big 5A Region 4 match-up. Central boasts one of the top recruits in the country in offensive lineman Lester Cotton, but Calera are looking for a bounce back game after dropping a tough loss to Demopolis last week, 33-19.
