Recruiting is a busy and competitive business, nothing is official until a player signs his letter of intent. Coaches are always on the recruiting trail, chasing after the generational recruits who could change the momentum of a program. Recruiting has become even more complicated with NIL deals now being legal. Now the question isn't "how much money will I learn later?", but about "how much will make now?"

In a shocking turn of events, 5-star pass rusher Keon Keeley decommitted from Notre Dame this week. Keeley, who recently took a visit to the Capstone, is one of Alabama's top targets. Many current Alabama commits such as Richard Young, Hunter Osborne, and Ty Lockwood have been tweeting at Keeley to "Come home". On3 and 247sports have recently crystal-balled Keeley to flip to the Tide.

The Tampa, FL native out of Berkeley Prep originally committed to Notre Dame on March 17, 2021. The edge rusher stands at a massive 6-foot-6 242 pounds. Keeley possesses a top-notch motor, elite snap anticipation that allows him to get on the backfield early, and a skillful bull rush. Keeley can be a day one contributor for the Tide and will be an excellent pairing alongside fellow pass rusher Dallas Turner, Jeremiah Alexander, and others. Keon Keeley will be another amazing grab for the Tide, possibly adding on to arguably the best class in the nation.

Keeley could possibly be one of the best pass rusher in Alabama history, if he can live up to expectations, his name will mentioned with the likes of Will Anderson, Eric Curry, John Copeland, Cornelius Bennet, and Johnathan Allen.

The Anti- Alabama Team
