On Friday, three-star wide receiver Christian Ward from IMG Academy in Florida announced his top four teams via his X account: Alabama, Michigan, Colorado, and Arizona State. Ward is the brother of Alex Ward, a safety who committed to Alabama’s 2027 class back in November 2024.

According to On3, Ward is the No. 105 wide receiver, No. 81 player out of Florida, and the No. 681st overall prospect in the 2026 class.

Ward is a 6-foot-3, 185-pound wide receiver who has consistently improved each year. With his tall and lanky build, he poses a deep threat every time he touches the ball. In his sophomore year, Ward averaged an impressive 30 yards per catch, followed by 16.7 yards per catch in his junior year at Walton County. Over the course of three years with the Raiders, he recorded 59 receptions for 1,160 yards and scored 15 touchdowns. This past offseason, Ward transferred to IMG Academy, where he joins his brother, Alex.

According to On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine, Colorado is the frontrunner to land Ward, with an 88.8% chance of securing the three-star wide receiver. Alabama also has a strong possibility of signing Ward, especially since the potential of him teaming up with his brother could be a significant factor for the Tide.

Ward announced on his X account that he will reveal his commitment live on On3 on September 24th, where he will choose among his top four schools.
