Jake Hildebrand, a five-star offensive lineman prospect in the 2027 class, revealed Wednesday on his X profile that he would be attending Alabama's final spring scrimmage this weekend.

According to 247 Sports Composite, Hildebrand is the No. 1 offensive tackle in the 2027 class, the No. 1 prospect from Arizona, and the No. 21 overall prospect in the class.

The 6-foot-5, 285-pound five-star offensive lineman is entering his junior season at Basha in Chandler, Arizona, where he demonstrated his talent at tackle, with Hildebrand rarely, if ever, allowing a defender to get past him, his footwork being impressive for his size, and his long wingspan allowing him to deny any defender going around him. Hildebrand towers over the majority of the other kids his age.

Hildebrand currently has 26 offers, according to his 247 Sports profile, with Alabama offering the Arizona native on February 20 of this year. He also had offers from teams in last year's College Football Playoffs, including Tennessee, Oregon, Penn State, and Notre Dame.

This will be the Arizona native's first visit to Alabama's campus, the Tide not offering the five-star until just two months ago will now look to host the highly touted offensive tackle prospect. Currently, Arizona and Arizona State are the two favorites to land the instate kid according to On3's Recruiting Prediction Meter, but with Hildebrand taking a visit to Tuscaloosa this weekend, this looks to be a good sign for the Tide moving forward in the five-star's recruitment.
