A Top Ten Fit for Twins
Four-star class of 2024 defensive stars Jacob and Jerod Smith have narrowed their schools down to ten.
The twin brothers will be deciding from Georgia, Texas, Kentucky, Penn State, Ole Miss, Notre Dame, Iowa, Nebraska, Michigan, and Alabama.
Jacob ranks No. 97 nationally, No. 9 in edges, and No. 1 in the state of CT., according to 247Sports Composite.
Jerod ranks No. 220 nationally, No. 23 in defensive lineman, and No. 3 in the state of CT, according to 247Sports Composite.
Both attend The Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, CT, the same school as class of 2023 Alabama signee Olaus Alinen.
“I feel we’ll probably end up going to the same school," said Jacob Smith to On3Sports' Chad Simmons. "Just because we have similar interests and the same goals."
According to the On3Sports Recruiting Prediction Machine, Notre Dame is the favorite to land both the prospects with an 84.5% chance.
