Alabama Commit Wins Elite 11 MVP
Alabama football class of 2024 quarterback commit Julian Sayin has won the 2023 Elite 11 MVP Award.
Sayin led the rankings the entirety of the event and even received praise by numerous analysts during it.
"Once again fantastic and nearly perfect with every throw, the five-star Alabama commit was as good as any quarterback at the event but he did miss one deep ball where he added a highlight-level aspect of trying to jump pass a bomb down the right side. It went just out of bounds but he came right back with a dime on a deep ball to the opposite side of the field and the remainder of his throws whether comebacks, crossing routes or anything else was precision," wrote Rivals' John Garcia Jr. and Adam Gorney in their Elite 11 quarterback rankings.
He also won the 2023 Elite 11 Pro Day.
The upcoming senior is a five-star recruit and ranks No. 13 nationally, No. 2 in quarterbacks, and No. 1 in the state of Calif., according to 247Sports Composite.
Sayin committed to the Crimson Tide back on Nov. 2, 2022. He was the third commit of Alabama's class of 2024.
