Since the national championship game Alabama head coach Nick Saban has been cleaning up his coaching staff with Mike Locksley, Brent Key, Dan Enos, Josh Gattis, Tosh Lupoi and Joe Pannunzio all leaving for other college and NFL coaching positions.

Throughout the off season there has been speculation about who's filling the Crimson Tide vacancies and Coach Saban also says "wait until there is a release" before he announces his coaching staff and there is finally confirmation on the upcoming season staff.

Offensive coordinator and quarterback coach Steve Sarkisian will return to the Crimson Tide after serving one year as an offensive analyst and filled in for Lane Kiffin as offensive coordinator in the 2017 national championship game. Sarkisian severed as offensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons for two seasons finishing top 10 in total offense last season.

Joining his offensive staff will be: Kyle Flood (offensive line), Charles Huff (Associate HC/running backs), Holmon Wiggins (wide receivers) and Jeff Banks returns to coach the tight ends and special teams.

Pete Golding will move from linebackers to the defensive coordinator role and will continue his role coaching the inside linebackers.

Joining his defensive staff will be Charles Kelly (Associate DC/safeties), Brian Baker (Associate HC/defensive line), Sal Sunseri (outsider linebackers) and Karl Scott will remaining with the cornerbacks.

The Crimson Tide will start preparing for spring training with A-Day on April 13, 2019 as they start the season off with the Duke Blue Devils down in Atlanta on August 31. For more information on Alabama's new coaches click each coaches name for their individual bios.
