Alabama Gives Offer to 4-Star Quarterback From Young’s Alma Mater
Class of 2024 4-star quarterback prospect Elijah Brown out of Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, Calif. received an official offer from the Crimson Tide.
Although only a sophomore, Brown already has an impressive nature to him. He has a fast ball release and his accuracy is spot-on, placing any ball perfectly into tight coverage.
Alabama knows all too well the dominance of players, especially quarterbacks, from Mater Dei High School. Alabama quarterback and Heisman winner Bryce Young went to the school for his last two years of high school.
Last season, Mater Dei football went undefeated (12-0) and won the 2021 Division 2-AA state championship, as well as the 2021 national champions and 2021 Division 1 champions.
According to 247 Sports, Brown ranks at No. 44 nationally, No. 4 in quarterbacks and No. 3 in Calif., in the class of 2024 prospects.
Brown is one of seven quarterbacks that has received offers from the Crimson Tide from this class of recruits.
Thus far, Brown has received ten offers, including Ole Miss, Michigan, and Georgia.
