Alabama has been predicted as a #2 seed in the NCAA Tournament in the latest version of ESPN College Basketball Insider Joe Lunardi's "Bracketology" this afternoon.

Lunardi's latest version also has overall seed rankings for the top 4 seeds, and Alabama has landed 6th overall for this week.

Alabama has been trying to get in its matchup in College Station with Texas A&M this week, but ice and snow storms in Texas have postponed the game multiple times. It is unclear whether or not the game will be made up before the SEC Tournament.

If the game against A&M is not made up, Alabama will have four games remaining. If it were to win its next two games, the Crimson Tide would clinch at a minimum a share of the SEC regular season title, something it has not won since 2002.

Next up for Alabama will be a matchup against 6-11 Vanderbilt Saturday at Coleman Coliseum. Bama will then take on 17-5 Arkansas in Fayetteville, followed by 11-11 Mississippi State in Starkville. The Tide will close with "senior night" at home against Auburn March 2. It was announced today that only senior students will be able to opt-in for tickets for the Auburn game.

With likely four games remaining, Alabama will look to continue to improve and get healthy before it attempts to make a deep postseason run.
