Alabama Lands First Commitment For Class of 2026

Class of 2026 offensive lineman Zykie Helton has committed to Alabama.

The upcoming sophomore made the announcement via a social media post on Sunday afternoon.

The Ga., native is the first commitment for the class of 2026 for the Crimson Tide.

Helton received offers from top programs like Penn State, Georgia, Liberty, Texas A&M, Connecticut, South Florida, Auburn, Western Kentucky, and Eastern Carolina.

The 6-foot-2, 320 lb lineman is the second Alabama commitment of the day, joining German class of 2024 linebacker Justin Okoronkwo.
