TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The Crimson Tide continues to rocket up the college baseball rankings, finding themselves sitting inside the top-ten at No. 8 following a road SEC series win over then-No. 11 Oklahoma.

The Crimson Tide is the third-highest-ranked SEC squad, sitting behind Texas and Georgia, who are No. 2 and No. 4, respectively. Mississippi State is right behind Alabama at No. 9.

Alabama is also enjoying a high ranking in advanced metrics, sitting at No. 10 in NET and No. 2 in RPI. The NCAA selection committee utilizes both metrics when seeding teams for the NCAA tournament.
