Alabama Baseball remains undefeated on the season as the Crimson Tide emerged victorious over the Harvard Crimson 10-5. Alabama was trailing 3-2 entering the home half of the 8th inning where the Tide came up with eight runs to move its season winning streak to 11 gamesSophomore Chase Lee got the win for Alabama in relief. 

Harvard recorded four errors in the 8th inning to allow the Alabama comeback, three of those errors were charged on the same play. With no outs and men on first and third, senior Kolby Robinson hit a slow roller to the first baseman. The fielder overthrew the play at second base, the left fielder subsequently threw the ball to the third baseman who misplayed the ballin his effort to correct his mistake he rushed a throw to home-plate which was over the catcher’s head. Robinson, Jackson Tate and Peyton Wilson all scored on the play, putting the Tide ahead 7-3.  

Senior Brett Auerbach hit his third homerun of the season in the 8th inning and Freshman Owen Diodati recorded his 16th RBI in the inning as well. Sophomore Connor Shamblin got the start for the Tide on the mound and pitched five innings giving up three earned runs and five strikeouts.
