Bama To The House
Stuck at home with nothing to do? Big fan of the Crimson Tide? Get involved with Bama To The House! The Alabama football team's social media team has started a project inviting Alabama fans to join in and take part in activities that you can do from home to pass the time during quarantine. The project is being titled #BamaToTheHouse and is a great way for Tide fans to stay connected to Alabama and to one another.
Day one was a cooking demo! Football team Chef Kevin got on Instagram Live and showed the Alabama fans how to prepare and cook his French Toast specialty. It looks delicious!
On Day Two of the project the social media team went to the new director of performance coach David Ballou for some at-home exercise inspiration. Ballou challenged Bama Nation to the deck-of-cards push-up exercise. Can you complete all 416 reps?
