The former Heisman winner's height has been a major topic since ESPN analyst Todd McShay criticized his height to Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer on Monday.

“I love Bryce Young, I really do. I know he’s 195 pounds; a really good friend of mine who’s a scout had him at 5'10½". But I met with him, I’ve talked to him. He’s special. He’s different. He has the poise, the presence in the pocket, the playmaking, everything else you want. I absolutely love Bryce Young. I would bet on him," said McShay. “If I’m a GM, I’m scared to death of drafting him.”

So, what were his measurements?

Young's height came in at 5'10 1/8" and weighs 204 pounds. His hands were 9 3/4".

However, he is in good company. Young's measurements are almost identical to former No. 1 overall pick Kyler Murray.

According to CBS Sports, Murray's height was recorded as 5'10 1/8", 207 pounds, and a hand size of 9 1/2" at his weigh in in the 2019 NFL Combine.

Murray has gone on to win NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year (2019), made the Pro Football Writers Association All-Rookie Team (2019), and is a two-time Pro Bowler, as well as going 1,316-of-1,971 for 13,848 yards, 84 touchdowns, and 41 interceptions.

So, if anything was learned from Murray, it is that size doesn't matter, performance does. Young's athleticism and talents on field have spoken for themselves and he has all the tools needed to be a successful quarterback in the league.
