Last week, all 14 members of the Southeastern Conference received their first taste of the 2019 season at SEC Media Days.

For Alabama, head coach Nick Saban, quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, wide receiver Jerry Jeudy and linebacker Dylan Moses shared their observations of how the 2018 season ended on a disappointing note and how they can fix that this upcoming season.

During their weekly "Capstone Report with DC" portion of The Blitz, former Alabama fullback Martin Houston and DC of DCCapstonereport.com offered their perspective of Alabama's SEC Media Days appearance.

For DC, he thought Tua, Jeudy and Moses represented the Crimson Tide very well in Hoover.

"I thought the three Alabama players, Tua, Jerry Jeudy and Dylan Moses, handled themselves very well." DC said. "I really believe those three guys represented the University very, very well, very knowledgeable. They were prepared well, very knowledgeable in what they were talking about." DC said.

The Alabama football observer noticed an overall theme that the players echoed at SEC Media Days.

"All of them kind of carried the line of Coach Saban getting back to the Alabama way/Alabama factor in looking forward to this year." DC said.

In the video at the top of the page, find out what Martin Houston and DC had to say about spreading the ball around to Alabama's depth of receivers, Dylan Moses's desire to step up as a leader and how Tua can improve his role as a leader.
