Gary Stokan, President and CEO of the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, joined Host Gary Harris to preview the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game between Alabama and Duke and discuss the reasoning behind the team selection.

"They have 16 starters returning," Stokan told Harris about Duke's strengths. "Their whole defensive line returns. They are big, they are fast, they got depth there."

"If you are going to beat Alabama," Stokan continued. "To me, defensively you better have a good defensive line, some linebackers that get to the ball quick, and lastly you better have a really good secondary. Because, I think that's going to be the strength of Alabama this year; their passing game."

"They get the opportunity to watch a great first game of the year," Stokan told Gary. "Rather than being a nondescript opener that people may not want to come to or watch on T.V."

The Crimson Tide and the Blue Devils are set for kickoff at 2:30 p.m. CT. If you are unable to make it out to Atlanta, download our Tide100.9 app and listen to the game from anywhere around the world.
