Come Run the Insane Inflatable 5K with Ryan McMunn!

We all love bounce houses and inflatable obstacles, so what's your excuse for not wanting to run in the Insane Inflatable 5K on April 25?

I'm scheduled to run mine at 9 AM, so sign up and run with me! It'll be competitive, intense, and a lot of fun! You can still sign up on Saturday, so come on out to Griffin Farms Pumpkin Patch in West Blocton!

It's going to be early, so I'll definitely drink plenty of water the day before, and eat a very small breakfast the morning of the 5K, simply because I want to be more focused on bouncing and running, not having my food bounce out of me.

Could the greatest superhero of all time make an appearance? Well, Superman won't be showing up at 9, but will Tuscaloosa's own friendly neighborhood Spiderman swing by?

Probably not. Okay, he definitely won't, but that shouldn't deter you from registering.

I've been running a little bit over the past couple months, trying to get in shape enough to make it through the entire 5K (and by "running a little bit," I actually mean I've been running to my refrigerator and back to my couch to watch television), so you had better be up to the challenge if you want to beat me across the finish line.
