Four-star wide receiver Jacorey Brooks announced his commitment to the Alabama Crimson Tide Friday afternoon, first reported by 247 Sports.

Brooks chose Alabama most prominently over Florida, Miami, LSU according to the 247Sports index.

Brooks is a 6'3"-185 pound 2021 recruit from Miami, Florida's Booker T. Washington High School. He is already a state champion and an All-American for many publications. In his previous season, Brooks posted 99 receptions for 1281 yards and 18 touchdowns.

247Sports names Brooks as the number three receiver and 37th overall player, making him the highest rated recruit in Saban's 2021 class. He joins fellow Florida receiver Agiye Hall in the effort to reload the Crimson Tide's receiving corps. This gives the Crimson Tide two top-10 recruits at the position. Having just missed The fantastic squad the Tide has enjoyed the past few season with Jeudy, Ruggs, Smith and Waddle, future starting quarterback Bryce Young will surely be relieved to know he has playmakers coming to help his offense.
